Hey everyone! Hope all is well! Just wanted to share a video I put together of the house my company is flipping. It's a before and after video of the house and it's transformation. And as a side note: the house is currently under contract; praise the Lord! So, Lord willing, this house will sell in the next week or so, and in all the entire flip process would have taken 3 months (bought in early August, took about 4 weeks to renovate, and been on the market for a month and a half!) God is good!
