Traylor Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

 We love us some Chocolate Chip Cookies in this household! Hart taught Cai how to make them last night. He kept asking, "Is it yummy yet?" when making the batter. I didn't even have to tell him to lick the spatula... he instinctively knew just the right time! ha!

Ice cream scoop for the most perfectly round cookies, ever!

Traylor Chocolate Chip Cookies

First - preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Second - Mix in large bowl:

• 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon, plus one dash vanilla extract

Third - After mixing the above, add:

• 2 1/4 cups packed all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. backing soda
• 1 tsp. salt

Fourth - Mix together and then add:

• 2 cups chocolate chips

Fifth - Mix together
Sixth - Spoonful on baking sheet, bake in oven for 10 - 12 minutes
