Balsalmic Chicken Marinade Recipe

4.03.2011

We've really enjoyed our grill this weekend! We had some delicious BBQ chicken at Hart's parent's on Saturday and now we are grilling out after church! I love this nice SC weather! This is one of my favorite and simple marinades, because it is so quick and easy and it tastes great!

Balsalmic Chicken

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Balsalmic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning

Combine and marinate for about 30 minutes. Grill or Bake. Enjoy!

Honestly, I don't really measure this out... I just drizzle everything over the chicken and shake the seasoning out...so just go with the flow!

Freezer Cooking Tip: Buy a big pack of chicken and slice all the chicken breasts in half. I slice mine, because it saves money, and we don't need to eat a whole chicken breast by ourselves. Marinate in a bowl. Divide between ziploc bags and freeze to use for quick dinners later on. I just did this. I did some with the above marinade, some with Terriyaki sauce and garlic, and some with BBQ sauce. This might just be my new Freezer Cooking approach... just double or triple my recipes and freeze the extra.
