Movies in the Park

For the last few years our church, Columbia Crossroads Downtown, has been putting on an event called Movies in the Park. During the summer on Friday nights they'll show a family-friendly movie, that is usually a newer release, in Finaly Park, which is in downtown Columbia. Everything is free...including the popcorn and drinks that are served.

This will be our first summer at Crossroads, and therefore, our 1st time to help volunteer at Movies in the Park. We're pretty excited about it! Well, I have actually already had the opportunity to help out some by getting Movies in the Park more involved on the web; such as building their website, updating their blog, and setting up other things like their facebook and twitter accounts.
